This month my good friend Kristine and her husband welcomed their first child. We were so thrilled to take photographs for them (and meet the little guy!). Liam is truly blessed to have Wade and Kristine as parents. I’ve got to say, they made one cute kid! 🙂 Congratulations you two!

This past Saturday I was able to attend my friend Allison’s daughters (Charlotte) 1st birthday at the Silver Spring Civic Building. (Check out the newborn photos I took of Charlotte a year ago here.) The party couldn’t have gone better. Not only did Allison and her Mom have one heck of a spread, but Charlotte got to try her first piece of cake. Adorable, right? Happy Birthday Charlotte! This past Friday I went out to Fairfax, VA to hang with my seriously cool sister-in-law. We ended up going over to Frying Pan Park to walk around and let D (her 20 month old) roam around. What a fantastic location! A mother’s oasis in the midst of the district’s chaos.
Not sure this kid can get any cuter.

Nick and I had a blast babysitting David Michael this past weekend. And yes, I probably had a little too much fun since I got to shoot him with my new 24-70 lens.
